Orlando City vs. New York Red Bulls: Photo Gallery

An album of images from the Lions’ first win of the 2018 MLS season.

It took four games but Orlando City finally started filling the net en route to a 4-3 win over the New York Red Bulls. The high flying Red Bulls did manage to get three goals of their own, but it wasn’t enough to get the visitors a point during their visit to Orlando City Stadium.

Dom Dwyer’s brace and goals from Will Johnson — on the prettiest play of the year so far — and Josué Colmán secured all three points for the purple-clad, win-starved City faithful. Hopefully it’s at least something to build on, as there were still some moments where the Lions appeared unsure as to what their teammates were going to do or where they were going to go. Assembling so many new pieces together was bound to create such moments of confusion, but the chemistry should only get better with more minutes together on the pitch.

We hope you enjoy these photos from an important early-season win for Orlando City.
