The Orlando Pride will play preseason friendlies against Florida State, Central Florida, and South Florida in the lead-up to the 2018 NWSL season — the club’s third since joining the league. Players will report for team medicals on Sunday, Feb. 18, with the first day of training on Feb. 19.

The friendlies will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 28, Saturday, March 3, and Thursday, March 8 at Seminole Soccer Complex in Tallahassee (as opposed to the one in Seminole County), UCF Soccer and Track Complex, and Corbett Stadium, respectively. The Pride visit Tallahassee on Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. in the first of the three preseason matches. It is open to the public and admission is free. The match at UCF on March 3 is closed to the public, and the final preseason friendly takes place at USF on March 8. Tickets for that match can be purchased here. The general admission tickets are $9 each.

Tom Sermanni’s side has played Florida State before each of its NWSL seasons but this will be the first time Orlando has taken on UCF.

The Pride are coming off their first NWSL playoff appearance and will be looking to contend for an NWSL title in 2018.
