MLS: Orlando City SC at Philadelphia Union Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Sunday was an ugly, hideous game that should never be spoken of again, but we had to talk about it, so we did. It’s not easy to talk about a record loss but somehow we managed to not only do that but also to pick out a Man of the Match. Ugh.

We also talked a bit about where some of the Pride players will be soccering this off-season in Austalia. Then we play everyone’s favorite off-season game, “stays or goes?” We break down the roster player by player and let you know who we think will and won’t be back in purple next year.

We have a brief discussion on what a Sydney Leroux trade might entail from the Pride’s end. And, as always, we attempt to answer your burning questions in our #AskTMLPC mailbag. Thanks for the questions, as always. Got a question? Just tweet it to us @TheManeLand with the hashtag #AskTMLPC.

Here’s how No. 109 went down:

0:12- The Lions got crushed in Philadelphia. We talk about the unusual lineup and formation and and how at least it’s over.

12:25- Pride players are heading down under to suit up in the W-League. Here’s who’s going and where. Also an update on Marta: still good.

16:33- We play “stays or goes,” breaking down every player on an MLS contract with Orlando City, from the young pups stashed at OCB to the club’s Designated Players. A little Pride roster discussion and Syd Leroux speculation follows.

1:17:44- We answer your #AskTMLPC questions, including stuff about Cyle Larin’s future, which Pride player benefits most from a stint in Australia, and more.
