Orlando City vs. D.C. United (Round 3): Photo Gallery

The images from last night's exciting, hard-fought win over DC. United.

The 30,000+ fans at the Citrus Bowl gasped as Bill Hamid dove and stopped Kaká's penalty kick, then the stadium erupted as the captain calmly headed home the rebound to put the Lions ahead. It turns out, that was the only goal that Orlando City would need.

City went on to the 1-0 victory and climbed to third place in the conference table, running its unbeaten streak to five games and putting together the first back-to-back MLS wins in club history.

Relive the magical moments from last night's thrilling win over Eastern Conference leaders D.C. United with more than 70 images taken from the Citrus Bowl goal line. It was a hard-fought, gritty performance, which is captured here in living color. Shots, saves, crosses, headers and even Kaká's spot kick are represented.

And the crowd itself -- that living, breathing organism that drives on the men in purple -- is present as well, willing the Lions on to last night's win. There's also a bit of pregame pageantry and a shot or two from warm-ups.

Enjoy!
